Laura Friedman started her practice to help leaders in business realize their full potential. Whether it is evaluating leaders, developing high potentials, recruiting and retaining talent or improving overall processes within an organization, Laura and her team work with leaders through the process very effectively. 

Laura spent her corporate career at a major health care company in New Jersey where she held various management positions within Learning and Development.  Laura specialized in evaluating learning techniques, competency management and strategic planning.  The world of Learning and Development was slowing migrating to alternative ways of learning, including coaching, which opened the door to a career in coaching.  Over the last number of years, Laura has been able to apply her Organizational Development and Learning and Development skills to her coaching practice. 

Laura's style is one that her clients respond to very well.  She portrays a level of integrity with her clients which allow them to put their trust in her.  While maintaining this relationship, there is constant accountability toward reaching their goals.

Abbe L. Rosenthal has 20 years of experience in talent assessmentand development, executive search and coaching, team building and diversity.  She helps individuals, teams, and companies maximize their talent using transformational techniques.

Abbe has a proven track record of success coaching high potential employees through C-Suite level executives on leadership style, effective communications, knowledge sharing, performance improvement, conflict management, team building, on boarding, career pathing, recruitment, diversity and job satisfaction, motivation and retention. 

Abbe has supported Fortune 500 corporations, privately-held companies and entrepreneurial start-up firms.  She has conducted leadership workshops, and designed effective programs on a cross-functional and global basis to identify, develop, recruit and retain top talent.

Abbe earned her bachelor's degree in business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
