What is your coaching philosophy?

Our coaching was created for business leaders or owners, executives and high potentials and may begin with a 360 degree assessment.  This assessment helps us gauge who you are as a leader.  This objective tool is highly confidential and e-driven.  There is a self assessment and then anonymous feedback is taken from the boss, peers and subordinates.  The assessment will then show us where there are perceived gaps in your leadership ability.

The next stage is then to develop a customized coaching program with additional options of e-learning skill builder courses. 

Each client is unique. All coaching programs are designed specifically to your individual, team or organizational needs. 

Additionally, we offer a new supervisor coaching program for you high potential employees, which create a higher ROI for succession planning. 



How is your coaching provided?

We deliver our coaching programs using various formats including on-site, classroom/workshop with follow up accountability coaching both in person and telephone sessions on either a weekly, bi weekly or monthly basis.   Program lengths vary based on your needs. 



How is coaching measured?
We use an on line, goal tracker system that allows us to capture your associated goals and activities.  Your coach can also review your goal sheet any time and provide you with real time feedback.  We support the SMART goals framework, which is specific, measurable, attainable, results oriented and time specific and are reviewed every three months. 


What is the cost for assessments and coaching?
We offer cost effective, value added fee solutions, which are based on your needs.  You will receive a proposal based on your requirements and time frame to deliver results.
